The inbox that has to be sorted before real work starts. The files that get renamed by hand. The deadline somebody has to remember. We take it off your desk — inside the Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace you already use.
20 minutes, no jargon. Tell us where it hurts and we'll send back a written plan with a price.
Every firm we talk to says a version of the same six things.
Tick what sounds like your firm. Twenty minutes. Nothing to prepare.
We start with three. The ones that hurt most.
Mail read, sorted, and routed. Agency notices escalated the moment they land. Nothing sits.
Documents named, matched to the right client, and filed. Every time, the same way.
Reminders that go out on a schedule, not when someone remembers. Escalation before it slips.
Inquiry to onboarded without a single dropped step. Folders, forms, portal, engagement letter.
Invoices on completion. Overdue chased politely and automatically. Stops when they pay.
Onboarding, approvals, renewals, meeting notes that turn into actual tasks.
One daily read. What came in, what got handled, what needs you.
Status they can check without emailing to ask. Chasers that go out before they have to.
Twenty minutes, honestly answered. No technical knowledge required.
So we don't waste your first call on discovery you already did.
We talk through what you ticked and what it's actually costing you.
If it isn't worth the money, we'll be the ones to tell you.
We build it, then we keep it running and keep making it better. No per-seat maths.
One workflow that's costing you real hours. Proof before commitment.

The inbox, the filing, and the deadlines — the three that hurt most, together.

Your whole back office, rebuilt. For firms who know exactly what they want gone.
scoped from your worksheet
No — and if that's what you want, we're the wrong firm. What we remove is the work your staff resent: sorting, renaming, remembering, chasing. Every firm we've worked with used the hours to take on more clients or stop working weekends, not to cut headcount.
It stays in your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. We build inside the environment you already own and already trust — we don't move your files somewhere else. Anything that touches an outside service is named explicitly in writing before we build it, and you sign off.
It will, sometimes. Anything that reads a document and makes a judgment starts around 85–92% correct and climbs from there. That's why nothing ships without a review queue: when the system isn't confident, it stops and asks a human instead of guessing quietly. You see every one of those, and each correction makes it better.
Common. Usually because it was switched on everywhere at once and nobody trusted it. We run new automations in shadow mode first — they watch and log, but don't act. You see the accuracy on your own work before anything touches a real file. Then you decide.
Two to five days for the first straightforward automations — the ones that just need to happen on a schedule. Anything that involves judgment takes one to three weeks plus a tuning period. We'd rather it be right than early.
Then we don't touch anything. Tell us your blackout period on the worksheet and we'll build to it. Nobody deploys into your April.
That's our job. You just need to know where it hurts.
