What we collect, and what we do with it.

The short version: this website collects nothing about you unless you fill in and send the worksheet. If you do, we use your answers to write your plan and get back to you, and we'll delete them whenever you ask.

The worksheet

The worksheet behind the "See what it's costing you" buttons asks for:

• your firm's name, your name, your email address, and optionally a phone number;
• whether you use Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, the other software you run, and good times to talk;
• your answers about where your week goes, and anything you choose to write in the free-text boxes.

Nothing is sent while you fill it in, and nothing is saved in your browser. Your answers are sent only when you press the final button. "Download a copy for yourself" saves a file to your own device and sends nothing.

Where it goes

When you send the worksheet, it is submitted through Google Forms to the Google account we use to run OnPoint Automation. Google stores it on our behalf under its own terms.

What we use it for

To read your answers before we speak, prepare the written plan and price we promise, and contact you about it. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list.

The rest of the site

• No analytics, no advertising, and no tracking cookies.
• The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser's request reaches Google, which sees your IP address.
• The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs of requests.
• The live demo runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into it is sent anywhere.
